I’m Cynthia, a Port Orchard native and proud owner of the area’s first permanent jewelry studio. After discovering the magic of permanent jewelry in 2022, I became certified and launched my business in early 2024. Since then, I’ve loved helping people capture their special moments in a way that lasts forever.

Please note: Inventory is consistently changing with new styles. No preview photos will be provided. If you would like a chain special ordered in gold filled or sterling silver, a $50 deposit will be required and will go toward the cost of your jewelry.

Jewelry item must be claimed in 7 business days starting when order is delivered to Lucid Links or deposit will be forfeited. With the fluctuating cost of metals, pricing is subject to change without notification.

FAQs

  • Permanent jewelry is custom and applied with a welding machine designed for fragile metals. A jump-ring is used to connect the chain ends together, and the spark welds the jump-ring closed to create a seamless piece (clasp-less jewelry).

  • Not at all! The spark that is generated is not of high heat and makes contact with only the metal it is touching. The electrode will not spark if touched by you.

  • Yes. If you need to remove your jewelry for any reason (X-rays, MRIs, work related, etc.) the jump ring can be cut at the weld with cutters. Don’t forget to save your chain in case you would like to have it re-welded or add a clasp (fee applies).

A common question I get is: How young is too young to receive permanent jewelry? The minimum age to receive permanent jewelry by Lucid Links is 6 years old. A waiver must be signed and an adult must be present for any child under 16 years old.

If your child is frightened by the sound of the weld but still wants a jewelry piece, a clasp can be added. Safety is my #1 priority!
